We always do our best to pack your items carefully as we want you to be completely satisfied with the items you have purchased. However, sometimes there can be a problem with an item due to manufacturer errors, shipping carrier errors, or you may have just changed your mind. We allow 60 days after your order is received to process a return for any reason, so long as you follow these instructions:
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number using our online return system by logging into Cool Dad’s Toys by clicking the My Account link at the top of the page and using the email address used to place your order and the password you created at checkout. If you did not create a password, at checkout, don’t worry, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service hotline at 888-825-1814.
2. Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging, in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges, unless the items were damaged when received. Your credit will appear AFTER Cool Dad’s Toys receives and processes your return, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
Many of the popular products Cool Dad’s Toys offers can sell out from time to time. If that happens, we may not have a replacement item available to ship to you. In this case we will give you a refund instead.
If you receive a t-shirt or other apparel item that doesn't fit right, we will gladly exchange it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase and wear your superhero shirts and other clothing items comfortably. Each manufacturer produces its products a little bit differently, and we do our best to provide sizing charts that reflect those differences. Please contact our customer service department and they will provide you with instructions for returning the shirt and getting the size you need. The shirt must be returned in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. We are not able to accept shirts with stains, marks or other signs of wear.
